Ed Griffin's career to date combines senior HR, Learning and Development, and consultancy roles.

His interest and expertise lies in facilitated processes that encourage development outside of a classroom environment, and he is particularly experienced in running self-managed learning sets. Very much in demand as an executive coach, he is highly skilled at developing senior managers who are required to lead change across the business.

Ed leads a number of development programmes in areas including leadership development, performance management, facilitation skills and change management.
