An experienced occupational psychologist, with a full range of psychometric accreditation, Ellen Fletcher is also a Master Practitioner in NLP.

Particular areas of expertise include leadership coaching and development, and interviewing/selection skills training. Ellen leads many of our management development programmes.

With a wealth of experience as a competency-based interviewer, she prides herself on her ability to design effective assessment exercises and has contributed to the BPS Steering Committee on assessment centre standards. She has been published in the industry press on a number of occasions.
